[Lcta] Volunteers in Centers

Good morning folks,

Do you have unpaid volunteers working in your Centers as tutors? We are looking at this as an additional staffing option in this budget crunch, but we have been getting push back from our HR department on having community members volunteering as tutors in the Center.
