[laces_wa] 7.12 Updates to LACES

Good afternoon,

The updates scheduled for July 12 went smoothly. Here's what you should know:


  1.  Enrollment and performance targets were added for the WA agencies.
     *   To see enrollment targets:

                                                               i.      Select Agency Settings from the Person Profile icon.

                                                             ii.      Select the Funding tab.

                                                           iii.      Click the Enrollment Targets panel to open.

     *   To see performance targets:

                                                               i.      Select Agency Settings from the Person Profile icon.

                                                             ii.      Select the Reporting Data tab.

                                                           iii.      Click the Agency NRS Measure Targets panel to open.

  1.  The Ethnicity/Race columns have been removed from the Student Partial Import template<https://sites.google.com/literacypro.com/laces-wa-customizations/imports>. Download the new template and give it a try!
  2.  The SameFormPostTestOverrideReason choice list has been updated to display only the choice option "Incomplete test on alternate form." You can now manually enter a test record and apply the Override Reason Incomplete test on alternate form to bypass the business rule that blocks tests from uploading due to a Same Test in Sequence issue.

On a related front, the nationwide release notes<https://sites.google.com/a/literacypro.com/release-notes-laces/2024-7-0> show fixes and updates that apply to all states using LACES. The NRS table updates section reviews changes made due to recent updates to NRS rules. I'll be sending a separate email to explain all the recent NRS changes.
