Hi Ray,
The Graduation Plan field is in the top right corner on the Education tab, Education Panel (screenshot below).

Thank you, Scott.
Additional question - I see you mentioned entering their "grad plan". Is this a required step? I am not seeing it in banners when I click on individual students - is this just the initial information we add under the Education tab (Highest ed level compl on entry, highest degree earned, etc.)?
Thanks,
Ray

Hi all,
Just following up to make sure you also mark HS+ special program. Instructions are in the LACES Initial Training Canvas shell page on Marking Special Programs<https://sbctc.instructure.com/courses/2479266/pages/marking-special-programs?module_item_id=85210348>. And you can also find instructions for marking Placement & Assessment Data Entry (CASAS, HS+, Alternative Placement)<https://sbctc.instructure.com/courses/2479266/pages/placement-and-assessment-data-entry-casas-hs+-alternative-placement?module_item_id=85210225>.
Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Good morning,
We are not able to carry over HS+ Credit Option data. Please set up all HS+ students in LACES. Remember, you will just enter their Grad Plan, total Previously Earned Credits, and once credits are achieved each quarter, total Credits Earned.
This is a good place to remind everyone to mark the Alternative Placement for I-BEST students and any other students not using CASAS tests to achieve an MSG or the HS Credit Option.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Best,
-Scott

Hi,
I am also curious and wondering if we should be dedicating the time to update all continuing students' HS+ credits in LACES from WABERs.
Thank you,
Ray

Quick question: HS+ students who have previous credits in WABERS…we now need to look in both WABERS and LACES to check total credits? Or for continuing students for this academic year, are we able to enter their WABERS credits as anything in LACES? I’ve talked myself in circles on this now…
I think I know the answer, but don’t like it ☹
