[laces_wa] faculty view of CASAS?

Good morning Jenna,
At BBCC we have been struggling with the faculty permissions.  They can only see their class and not assessments.
When I spoke with Shannon at the training, she suggested to try as 'advisors' but then each student has to be mapped to the faculty.

Our problem is we have tenured faculty advisors that will have students not in their classes and they can't see all the information needed to conduct advising.  Also our Associate/part time faculty need to be able to see testing scores, case notes (and make notes), enter attendance, see their grad plans and other uploaded documents.

We decided to go with
College Full Access for Full Time Faculty
Data Entry Clerk I for Associate Faculty
