[laces_wa] OEE & Attendance

Hi all. When students are switching sections of a same course, ctclink prevents a student from being exited and having credits adjusted. They have to be dropped all together.

Ex- student switching from evening GED to online. Same course... OEE. Can't adjust credit and exit and reenroll in online GED because ctclink reads it like enrolled in the same course twice in quarter.

1- can folks verify we're understanding that correctly at rtc?

2- does that mean the receiving instructor needs to communicate with the transferring instructor to tabulate attendance

3- if so, annoying! Any improvements on either front?
