Dear Colleagues,
Thank you to everyone who joined us for yesterday’s Follow-Up Informational Webinar on the Early Adopter Advising Technology Implementation Project. We appreciated your questions, engagement, and interest from across the system.
For those who were unable to attend—or would like to review the content—you can access the recording below.
Eligibility Reminder:
This project supports colleges that are currently implementing, have recently implemented, or are actively planning to implement a new advising/student success platform.
This includes platforms like Starfish, EAB Navigate, Watermark, and similar systems.
Colleges may be eligible if they fall into any of the following categories:

  *   “We just finished our system implementation.”
  *   “We’re in contract negotiations.”
  *   “We’re still deciding, but plan to select by Fall 2025.”

Important Note: A statewide advising platform is launching soon, but all colleges who are in the beginning process of implementing new software are still eligible to apply for this early-adopter opportunity.
Team Member Submission Guidance:
The application includes space for only two team members, but we highly encourage colleges to engage a broad and cross-functional implementation team, including representatives from:

  *   Academic Advising
  *   Career Services
  *   Student Services
  *   IT
  *   Faculty
  *   Institutional Research
  *   Financial Aid
  *   Academic Affairs Leadership
