Anyone interested in learning more about this grant opportunity, the application process, and project expectations.

Webinar Overview:
The Early-Adopter Advising Technology Implementation Project supports Washington State Community and Technical Colleges that are preparing to implement new student success and advising technologies. Eligible applicants are colleges:

  *
Actively in the process of implementing new software,
  *
Who have recently implemented a new platform, or
  *
Are actively planning a transition to a new system.

Participating colleges should ensure their efforts align with Guided Pathways principles and position themselves for success in future statewide technology integration efforts.
Please note:
If your college currently has a well-functioning system under contract, it may make sense to wait before engaging in the statewide implementation process. This project is intended to learn from early adopters to inform scalable, effective practices—not to duplicate or disrupt systems that are already meeting student needs.
