[GuidedPathways] Evolve Initiative Survey--Please Complete by 11/15

Greetings,

College Spark Washington and the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) have partnered to launch the Evolve Initiative<https://collegespark.org/grants/evolve-initiative/> to support thriving equitable systems. We need your help to wrap up the first phase of this initiative!

Our goal is to understand and improve the systems and conditions in our community and technical college system where leaders of color may thrive.

We are inviting you to complete a system-wide survey of community and technical college leaders so we might learn more about the experiences of CTC leaders. We also want to hear your insight regarding improving equity, diversity, and inclusion experiences.

Completing the survey will take about 10-15 minutes. Your name will not be put on any reports written about the project, nor will anyone at College Spark or SBCTC know your individual response to the survey. The survey is open until November 15, 2024.
