Lessons Learned from the Health Insurance Outreach Pilot

Join us for an overview of lessons learned from a two-year pilot related to providing health insurance information and navigation assistance for college students. Four institutions (Central Washington University, South Puget Sound Community College, Western Washington University and Yakima Valley College) engaged in a variety of strategies to build awareness around the need for health insurance, assist students in navigating enrollment activities, and partner with regional lead organizations. An overview of their key learning and strategies and resources to help students explore health insurance options will be shared.
