Greetings,

I hope this message finds you well. The purpose of this email is to share two updates/reminders regarding the Guided Pathways Work Plan and funding allocation for the 2023-2024.

First, I wanted to remind you all that there will not be a Guided Pathways Work Plan required for the 2023-2024 program year. After much feedback and conversation last year, we made the intentional shift to provide colleges with the space needed to realize the changes they've been planning for. We in the Student Success Center will work collaboratively to develop a plan that is simple, useful, and well aligned with other required plans and/or reports that must be submitted, such as the Equity Strategic Plans and Comprehensive Local Needs Assessments.

Next, we anticipate continued Guided Pathways funding for the next biennium. We will not have an accurate allocation amount to share until after the state budget is adopted and the governor appointed State Board meets to approve our system budget. I anticipate we will be able to share the allocation numbers for each college in May. In the meantime, it is reasonable to use current allocation numbers for planning.

Finally, I encourage you to review your Guided Pathways allocations for the current program year. Please let me know if you have any questions about expending all of your funds or charging against your allocation in ctcLink.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns, I'm happy to connect and support you in any way I can.

Best,

Monica
