The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) is seeking a Human Resource Director<https://www.sbctc.edu/about/jobs/> to join the SBCTC team. This position represents the community and technical college system to state and federal agencies, four-year higher education institutions, employee organizations, and executive and legislative branches of state government in matters related to human resources and benefits administration.  The incumbent liaisons with trustees, college presidents, HR directors, affirmative action officers, business officers, benefits managers and payroll managers.
Headquartered in Olympia, this position reports to the Deputy Executive Director, Business Operations.
The annual salary for this position is $118,080.  Washington State has a generous benefit package including health, dental, life insurance, long-term disability, retirement, and two optional deferred compensation programs.
