The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) is seeking a Policy Associate (Student Success Center)<https://hcprd.ctclink.us/psc/tam/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/HRS_HRAM_FL.HRS_CG_SEARCH_FL.GBL?FOCUS=Applicant> to join the Education division.

This position provides leadership for the implementation of a comprehensive Guided Pathways Learning Agenda grounded in equity-minded practices across all 34 community and technical colleges and supports the mission of SBCTC by providing for the strategic alignment, expansion, and implementation of related policy and practice areas.

Headquartered in Olympia, this position reports to the Director of Student Success Center for the purpose of coordinating SBCTC's Guided Pathways professional learning agenda and related programming and policy areas.

The annual salary for this position is $91,728.  Washington State has a generous benefit package including health, dental, life insurance, long-term disability, retirement, and two optional deferred compensation programs.
