Tacoma Community College (TCC) is pleased to invite applications for Coordinator of Guided Pathways & Special Assistant to the President (CSA).
The college is seeking a transformative leader to facilitate organizational, systemic, equity-based change through its Guided Pathways work.  Reporting to the college president, and participating on the college's Leadership Team (executive cabinet), the Coordinator/Special Assistant (CSA) plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates functions and activities of the college's Guided Pathways work, including the implementation of the Guided Pathways Work Plan in accordance with grant requirements. The CSA manages plan activities and coordinates their implementation and evaluation by working with students, faculty, staff, administrators, and educational partners.  The CSA will serve as the primary coordinator of activities related to executing the requirements of the College Spark Grant in our college-wide Guided Pathways framework. The CSA is charged with coordinating the Guided Pathways Guiding Team and five pillar teams, as well scheduling meetings, archiving notes, and documenting completed tasks. In addition to coordinating the Guided Pathways work, the CSA will lead various special projects assigned by the college president.
