[GuidedPathways] Classroom Scheduling on Your Campus -- Request to Information/Guidance

Hi all,

South Seattle College is getting ready to review our classroom scheduling process and practices to ensure that students are able to enroll in courses they need when they need them and can plan their lives around school from one term to the next.

We're currently collecting data to inform our planning as well as organizing an all-day campus retreat to jump-start this effort.  As such, I'm writing to this group with two requests:

1)  As part of our data-gathering process, we want to get a better sense of how classroom scheduling is done on other campuses.  We would greatly appreciate if someone on your campus with scheduling expertise could fill-out the classroom scheduling survey below by September 10th.  It should only take 10 minutes of their time and we're happy to share what we learn with this group.

2)  We also want to make sure have a successful one-day scheduling retreat.  Has your campus recently worked on improving the classroom scheduling on your campus by chance?  If so, can we pick your brain about how you organized and planned your campus effort?  We would love an opportunity to learn from you.
