The School of Education and university partners at Central Washington University are bringing together teachers and researchers, community organizers and partners, higher education professionals, parents, paraprofessionals, and pre-service teachers together for 2nd Annual Teaching Equity is Central Conference

The goals of this conference include but are not limited:

1. To engage, nurture, and promote dialogue promoting equity, and culturally responsive practices.

2. Create an inclusive community network of education-focused partners designed to support emergent and
experienced educational practitioners and leaders.

3. To facilitate a platform for multiple voices and cultural epistemologies to drive diversity and equity for schooling,
teaching for social justice in the eastern region.
