📆 Save the Date: Summer Meeting: August 13th from 1:00-2:30pm PST
We’ll be holding an optional summer planning meeting (calendar invite sent) to begin drafting a proposal for the , which will be held in February 2026 in Seattle, WA and planning for the Fall Retreat.

Proposals. Proposals are invited on topics addressing the myriad aspects of the first year of college. Proposals undergo blind review and are selected based on appropriateness of session topic, adherence to proposal guidelines, and overall quality of the proposal.

Whether you’ve presented before or are simply interested in collaborating on a proposal, this will be a great opportunity to share ideas and represent the innovative work happening across Washington’s colleges.
