[FYE-CSS] Entire curriculum revision: anyone got a project plan framework?

I have a home-made "project planning" template I can share. I've been using it with various Guided Pathways project leads.
Would that be of interest?

hi all! So we are revising our curriculum entirely. I am working on a proposal to give my dean to ask for funding for adjuncts to do the work. Does anyone have a framework they have used to plan a project? I need to figure out what is the scope of the work, how many hours to ask for funding for.

Cheers, Lizz
