[Factc] system operating and capital budget one-pagers

Hello Colleagues,
Please find attached the one page summaries of the SBCTC's operating and
capital budget requests.

Why are these of interest to faculty?  The first page shows which colleges
are in the pipeline for funds for new buildings.  Check it out to see if
your college has a project which might get funding.  The second page
identifies possible funding for changes faculty would be involved in
(increasing climate science education, increased funding for cybersecurity
students) or improving the circumstances of our students (homelessness,
financial aid).
