Hi FACTC,

I hope you are all well.  Sorry for the delay in getting this organized but things are just harder in every way these days.  In that light I've decided to offer one barebones meeting for this quarter.   We can discuss at the meeting if you'd like to have a second meeting after this for general discussion.  The meeting agenda is attached.

This meeting will be an opportunity for FACTC representatives to meet Ha Nguyen and learn about the new equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives of the state board.

It would not be February FACTC during the legislative session without a visit from Arlen Harris.  This is the long biennial budget session and I'm sure there will be much to discuss.

Please make every effort to attend, send a proxy, or identify a new rep for your college.  Be sure to thank your local arrangements committed for the refreshments.
