Hi everyone,

Hope your Winter Quarter has started well! We're in a negotiation year and one of the issues we're looking at is workload. A part of that is the little things that are added throughout the year, whether it's mandatory training, accreditation efforts, updating curriculum, and things like that.

Do any of you have "sizing" language in your contracts that require workload impacts to be provided for these other activities?
