[Factc] clarification on IMS Global account creation

I just realized that the document I attached with IMS Global information was likely stripped off by the listserv.  Here is a link to a public version of the IMS Global HED orientation<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uZePxx3JZ99VFbRynWaTX57Wy33_Rsk-/view?usp=sharing> that includes information about creating an account.

To create an IMS Global account, first go to https://www.imsglobal.org/ and click on the Login link in the upper right corner. Then find the tab to create an account. It should recognize your college. Complete any verification sequence on the account creation.

After your IMS account is created, then go to IMS Global Digital Credential Summit<https://web.cvent.com/event/d7e9d56a-0d6c-4f6d-89d9-a353430eca8e/websitePage:645d57e4-75eb-4769-b2c0-f201a0bfc6ce> registration. That should allow you to register without needing a credit card.
