[Factc] Bridge to College system placement agreement

FYI--due to this spring's covid-19 crisis we've had to adjust the system placement agreement for high school seniors currently enrolled in the Bridge to College Math course offered at high schools across the state. (The Bridge to College English placement agreement has not been affected). The attached file provides more specifics and is being distributed widely to relevant college staff across the state (placement offices, registrars, etc.)
