[Factc] Election of Officers

Nominations for the following offices are open:


Treasurer: Randy is stepping down after the next meeting

President:  I'm committed to one more year, but we should elect my replacement now for a smooth transition.


I am not sure if any other officers plan to serve another term or not.  All offices are open for nominations, but usually officers who wish to continue are unanimous voted or railroaded depending upon your perspective.
