[Factc] 2017 Invoices

Brian sent out invoices recently that contained an error.  Please the business office or purchasing know that the recent invoice is not a reminder concerning 2015/2016, but the invoice for 2016/2017 dues. The date at the top is correct (January 2017), but the first sentence of the invoice is in error.
