[Factc] minutes from the FACTC winter meeting

Thanks for the minutes....and I have a question based on the newly voted upon bylaws.  I'd love information about how one attends virtually....perhaps I missed something somewhere, but as it takes budgets, time, missed classes and lodging for those of us not on the west side, it's not likely I will be able to attend meetings in person.  Responding to email/listserv questions is fine, but in-person attendance is just not in the cards.  Thanks for the information in advance!
