Centralia used Sound Rocket for our Campus Climate Survey, which was administered the third week in January. We are now waiting for the aggregate data to be delivered. Our biggest problem with Sound Rocket is that they did not have the survey available in any other languages. When we asked for it to be administered in Spanish, they charged us an additional fee. We had one of our faculty read it and they said it was like Sound Rocket had used Google Translate to do the translation. We paid one of our staff to translate it. Sound Rocket then used our version.

Overall, we were happy with them.

We are currently working on administering a campus climate survey this spring here at RTC. We are currently looking into HEDS and met with Sound Rocket for these companies survey faculty, staff and students. If folks have any feedback pertaining these tools, I would greatly appreciate it.
