Hi all,

We used Hanover for the survey, and the faculty listening and feedback sessions (summary results here).<mailto:chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://www.yvcc.edu/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/DEI-Strategic-Plan-Report-21-25-Final-Updated-11123.pdf> As for the staff and student sessions.. .we ended up contracting with a different outside consultant, we are pretty close to summing up the staff sessions.

We’re working toward that and I’m exchanging emails with Hanover Research for more information, but may need to go through the RFP process with this. I hear they are doing some work with other CTCs, so curious to know if anyone is using Hanover Research for this work (or any other organizations as Guillermo mentioned)…

Question for the group: Is anyone completing the Listening and Feedback Session required in SB 5194 on opposite year of the campus climate assessments. If so, did anyone hire a 3rd party to complete these? Spokane Community College is looking to complete those this year, and looking at hiring a professional group.
