[DEOC] Students of Color earmarked allocations

Hello beloved DEOs,

As we're working on getting next year's budget done, I'm curious if you know how your institution is using the Students of Color earmarked money. Do you have control/insight in how it's being used? Is it being used for salaries (yours?)? Student programming?

Any insight you can share would be greatly appreciated.
