[DEOC] inquiry: promising practices for DEI recruitment & COVID enrollment

Hello DEOC,

Our EDI office had an inquiry from Nan Gomez-Heitzeberg who's working to organize the next town hall for Trustees. She'd like to know about Washington community colleges that are doing targeted DEI recruitment and have possibly been able to increase enrollment during COVID.

I'd appreciate your input on which colleges show strong promising practices regarding DEI outreach/recruitment and COVID enrollment. I'm still learning.
