I hope the term is going smoothly for everyone.

At Olympic College, we’re currently looking into ways to improve our ISIR processing workflow, particularly around automating the retrieval of SAIG files. We’re aware that TDClient is a tool specifically designed for secure and automated SAIG mailbox access and are curious if any other colleges have explored or implemented it, either independently or in coordination with SBCTC.

If you’ve:

Tried or evaluated TDClient

Found success with other automated retrieval methods

Had conversations about this with your IT team or the State Board

…we’d really appreciate hearing your experiences.

Our aim is simply to learn from others who may be tackling similar challenges, and to better understand what options are feasible or potentially on the horizon for us as a system.
