[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Update to QCS_FA_READY_FOR_REVIEW_SELECT and Mass Packaging selection queries

Good morning, FA! 😊

There are some updates to existing queries that went into production last night!

Update to QCS_FA_READY_FOR_REVIEW_SELECT


  *   Moved the 'Verf Stat = Not Rqrd or Cmptd' criteria to a Yes/No prompt that is defaulted to 'Y'. Users can uncheck the criteria if they are a college where file completion is not dependent on verification completion
  *   Added 'Exx990 Process' Yes/No prompt with a default of 'N'. Users using the Exx990 process will select the checkbox to skip selecting any students who already have a Exx990 checklist in Completed status. Details of the Exx990 process will be coming in the near future. One college is currently piloting it. 😉

Note: The Yes/No prompts have defaults of 'Verf Stat = Not Rqrd or Cmptd' = ‘Y’ and 'Exx990 Process' = ‘N’ so that users who have a Run Control ID tied to this query is not affected by the updates that went in.

Updates to CTC_FA_MASS_PACK_SELECT_01, CTC_FA_MASS_PACK_SELECT_02 and CTC_FA_MASS_PACK_SELECT_03
Added 'Include PRQ plan students' Yes/No prompt with a default of ‘N’ to give colleges the option to include or skip students who are in PRQ plans as their eligibility is limited to loans.
