[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] ATTN: Removing citizenship from FA checklist Exx038 ISIR vs Bio Demo Mismatch

Good Afternoon FA-

As discussed at Winter FAC, there are plans to remove the citizenship question from the Online Admission Application Portal (OAAP). More details can be found in the OAAP Residency Issue Policy Brief (attached).

In preparation for this change, we have altered the global queries (CTC_FA_SB_AD_038 and CTC_FA_SB_WV_038) to remove the citizenship criteria. These queries are used to assign and waive the global checklist Exx038 ISIR vs Bio Demo Mismatch.

We anticipate the updated queries will be available in Production next week. Once we've confirmed the queries have migrated, we will send an announcement.  No updates are required for run controls.

Student no longer has mismatch with Citizenship status, first four of last name, first two of first name or DOB
Student no longer has mismatch with first four of last name, first two of first name or DOB

Note for colleges that use CTC_FA_SB_WV_038:
Students who were previously assigned the Exx038 ISIR vs Bio Demo Mismatch checklist due to a citizenship mismatch and the checklist is currently in an Initiated status, will have the checklist waived when the updated queries are in Production.

Important: If you have local queries that look at citizenship in Bio Demo, please update accordingly.
