Please join us for the SF Training: Item Types 101<https://www.sbctc.edu/calendar?trumbaEmbed=view%3Devent%26eventid%3D181317873> on April 14th, 2025 from 1pm to 3pm.

This is an introduction-level class to Item Types and Student Financials Configuration. This training is designed for new employees and individuals who would like a refresher on Item Type basics. We will discuss the foundational aspects of Item Types including configuration and flow.

In this session, we may cover:

  *   Item Type Numbering and Configuration
  *   Refund Indicators
  *   Priority - Charge Priority List/Payment Priorities/ Overall Priority
  *   How to create new Item Types

Primary Audience: College Staff who deal with Student accounts and want a better understanding of how Item Types work.
