  *   📣 In the May 5, 2025, Electronic Announcement GENERAL-25-19<https://fsapartners.ed.gov/knowledge-center/library/electronic-announcements/2025-05-05/request-institutions-provide-repayment-information-former-students-prevent-defaults>, the U.S. Department of Education (the Department) requested that institutions perform outreach to remind former students of their loan repayment obligations with the initial outreach focusing on students who are delinquent on one or more of their loans. To assist institutions with this effort, FSA Partners provides information below about the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS®) Delinquent Borrower Report available on the NSLDS Professional Access website.

  *   🚨 June 30th, the end of the FY, is quickly approaching.  If you need assistance with reconciliation, please submit a SBCTC Help Desk ticket ASAP!

  *   ⚠️ Please do not change a Pell disbursement Plan on the Assign Award to a Student page once a disbursement has been made.  Changing disbursement plans after disbursing an award can cause Validation Errors when reporting to COD.

6 Exercises to Practice Gratitude

People who regularly practice gratitude experience more positive emotions and less envy, sleep better, extend more compassion and kindness to others, and even have a stronger immune function (Allen, 2018).

Consistent practice is required for neuroplasticity to occur (Kini et al., 2016). Regular gratitude practice works because it slowly changes how we perceive situations by modifying what we focus on (Kini et al., 2016).

Rather than constantly focusing on what we do not have, we learn to focus on what we do have.
Here are some ways how you can practice gratitude:
