[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] New Revised Award Notification queries

Three new Revised Award Notification queries have made it into production!

History

The existing  award notification queries (CTC_FA_SB_AWRD_NOTIF_CHANGE, CTC_FA_SB_AWRD_NOTIF_REVISED and CTC_FA_SB_AWRD_NOTIF_BETWEEN) are skipping the following population of students:


  1.
A new item-type was added onto the student's record AND it was authorized/disbursed before a revised award notification was assigned
  2.
An existing item-type on the student's record was adjusted AND it was authorized/disbursed before a revised award notification was assigned
  3.
An existing item-type on the student's record was cancelled AND none of the remaining item-types have any new offer or offer/accepted activity since the last award notification was assigned

Why new queries instead of fixing existing queries?

Fixing the criteria on the existing queries can lead to mass confusion for students as hundreds to thousands of students could suddenly receive a revised award notification that they should have received earlier in the aid year.

To allow colleges the option to switch to the new queries at their own time, whether it'd be starting in Aid Year 2026 or sometime this current aid year, QCS versions were created
