Good morning, FA! 😊
We wanted to inform you that the enrollment-based WCG and CBS awarding equation engines have been updated to prevent packaging a student WCG or CBS for a term when their enrollment intensity is less than 25% (enrollment is less than 3 credits).
Previously, these students were captured during Authorization/Disbursements based on item-type disbursement rules. Starting from this morning, they will be addressed during packaging.
Note: Non-enrollment-based WCG and CBS equation engines will continue to package WCG and CBS for students that are in less than 3 credits.
Also, if you have not already, please make sure to remove Washington Bridge Grant from your Aid Year 2026 packaging plans.
Thank you!
Debbie
