[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Action Req: Thurs 1/30 Cancel FA Jobs & Processes Scheduled 5pm-11pm for PRP Implementation

Good Afternoon FA-

FA PRP 1.2 will be implemented in Production the evening of Thursday, 1/30. For those that have FA JobSets or processes scheduled to run between 5pm and 11pm, please cancel those recurring FA JobSets or processes prior to 5pm, Thursday, 1/30. Detailed steps can be found in the Process Take-Down Instructions QRG<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/81602/l/1468473-process-take-down-instructions>.

Once we have validated the migration, we will notify colleges that the OY ISIR JobSets (Aid Year 2024-2025) and processes can be rescheduled.

IMPORTANT: Details surrounding 2025-2026 JobSets and processing will be provided within a week following this PRP migration.
