[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] RESOLVED: 2024-2025 Pell Reconciliation Report in ctcLink

Good afternoon, FA!

We are pleased to announce that coding updates to the Pell Grants Reconciliation Report CEMLI are now in production!

The CEMLI is now able to process 2024-2025 PGRC files (PGRC25OP) files to generate the three reconciliation reports.

Should you need to run previous aid year files, the CEMLI is able to produce those reports as well but please note that the 'EFC' labels have been updated to 'SAI'.

If you do not use the Pell Reconciliation Report (file type: PRGC) in ctcLink you may disregard this email



For those that run the Pell Reconciliation Report in ctcLink, please do not attempt to run the report for 2024-2025 processing. There are several field changes within the 2024-2025 PGRC file (PGRC25OP) that are not compatible with the current CEMLI, resulting in a blank report. Once we have a timeline of when these changes will be available, we will follow up. Please refer to the Pell Processing guide<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/798577-pell-processing-business-process-guide> for the other Pell reports available.



Note: These changes do not impact 2023-2024 processing. You may continue to run the report for aid years 2023-2024 and prior.
