Coding updates to the Pell Grants Reconciliation Report CEMLI is expected to go in this week!

The CEMLI currently cannot process 2024-2025 PGRC files (PGRC25OP) as the file layout has changed significantly from previous aid years.

We will send out messaging again once the updates to the Pell Grants Reconciliation Report CEMLI have migrated successfully!

If you do not use the Pell Reconciliation Report (file type: PRGC) in ctcLink you may disregard this email



For those that run the Pell Reconciliation Report in ctcLink, please do not attempt to run the report for 2024-2025 processing. There are several field changes within the 2024-2025 PGRC file (PGRC25OP) that are not compatible with the current CEMLI, resulting in a blank report. Once we have a timeline of when these changes will be available, we will follow up. Please refer to the Pell Processing guide<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/798577-pell-processing-business-process-guide> for the other Pell reports available.



Note: These changes do not impact 2023-2024 processing. You may continue to run the report for aid years 2023-2024 and prior.
