Hi Debbie,

I was able to run the query QCS_FA_SAI_DISCREPANCY and successfully
resolved the first student listed. (yay!)

However, I ran into an error on the very next student.

When attempting to load the ISIR from the ISIR Suspense Management,

   - ctcLink instead labeled the ISIR suspended, with the radio button
   "recycled" automatically changing.
   - At this point, I am unable to "undo" my action from the ISIR suspense
   page
   - There appear to be no changes on the "Correct ISIR Records" page for
   24-25 ISIRs
   - When clicking around trying to identify what may be causing this, only
the "reject reason description" stood out when compared to the existing
   ISIRs with the incorrect SAI

Has anyone encountered this or know of a workaround?

Would appreciate any help!

Thank you
