The Campus Solutions Financial Aid PRP 1.3-2.6 upgrade will be implemented in production on the evening of June 6th.  SBCTC has created supporting documents that includes the changes the user will experience once the PRP is implemented. Please review the overview documents prior to attending a Q & A session. In the Campus Solutions Financial Aid PRP 1.3-2.6 Overview - June 2024<https://www.sbctc.edu/resources/documents/colleges-staff/it-support/erp/ctclink-accessibility/campus-solutions-fa-prp-1.3-2.6-overview-2024-06.pdf> document, pages 1 through 35 includes new navigations. In order to provide as much information as possible within these sessions, we will be focusing on the "Known Issues" portion of the document beginning on page 36. If there are any sections from pages 1 through 35 you would like the Financial Aid team to walk through during the session, please post those in the chat of the session when you arrive.

The Q&A sessions will be recorded and distributed to the Financial Aid listserv. Please feel free to reach out to if you have any questions or concerns.
