Thanks Alandra, but I already tried converting all the SSNs and IDs to number format and that didn’t resolve the issue. The part that’s confusing me is that we are getting results on the Student Info tab – it just seems to be missing some.

Good morning Beth!
One of the issues I’ve had most commonly with my VLOOKUPs is numbers being formatted differently on different tabs, so the lookup doesn’t work. Typically that has happened if I accidentally click into a cell – the error about a “number stored as text” disappears and the number re-formats itself, usually I can tell because the ID is right-aligning in the cell unlike the others. (Also a problem if I copy and paste some data from a query, but try to match it with manually entered data.) My solution is usually copy and paste the data again, just to make sure the formatting is consistent. I haven’t done anything is this Excel sheet yet, but the formulas seem to be correct and are built just like the ones I struggle with.
Hope that helps!

Is anyone else having trouble with the VLOOKUP spreadsheet? I loaded data into the first two tabs as instructed, and got some results on the Student Info tab. However, I was spot checking for a specific student and discovered that while they’re on both of the lists pulled straight from queries, she isn’t showing up on the third tab. Any idea why she might not be showing up on the Student Info tab? We were going to use this list to add F02s and determine which student files we should start reviewing.

Hello FA Community!
We have completed our testing of the ISIRs in PCD! You may begin loading ISIRs into PCD on Thursday, May 9.
Attached is the comprehensive document we have been referring to that will assist you with viewing your ISIRs in PCD and getting file review and awarding at the ready in PROD if you so choose.
I’ve also attached the FAQ Technical document from ED<https://fsapartners.ed.gov/sites/default/files/2024-03/TechnicalFAQandKnownIssues.pdf> that we would strongly advise you read and take note of outstanding issues, in tandem with our Contingency document, while you embark on file review and awarding. The FAQ document is a really good resource to have at the ready moving forward.
ISIR VIEW BUGS
Attached is a spreadsheet titled “PCD remaining ISIR view bugs.” This is a list of four items from Oracle that are still “buggy” to which we want to draw your attention, with additional notes/explanation for assistance.
We’re releasing the attached document to you a bit early to afford you all some time to bump around in PCD, and get comfortable with the look and feel of the new ISIR.
We see you have a FAC drop-in session Thursday, May 9, at 2 p.m. and we think it would be great to leverage that time to walk through the attached document, while taking a peek at PCD. Maybe one of the colleges that has decided to go this route could share their screen while they load their ISIRs?? Just a thought. 😊
LOGGING INTO PCD
Let’s say you haven’t logged into PCD, or it’s been quite some time. You will need to first talk to your local security administrator (LSA) to get your password reset OR select “Reset Password” option once you log in. If you’re having difficulties and your LSA cannot assist, please submit a ticket to Security with the following subject line: “PCD ISIR View security access”
WHAT’S NEXT?
By now you’re probably wondering, “Ana, when will your team walk us through this document and ISIR pages in PCD??”
We have an answer!
