Good afternoon FA community,

Thanks for being online with us today.  We are so thrilled to see you awarding and moving ahead with 2024/2025!—what a doozy of a year!  It is unprecedented (that word we thought we could stop using after 2022 😊).

Known Issues Updates:

As a reminder, the FAFSA Simplification 2024-2025 Known Issues in ctcLink QRG<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/104724/l/1817474-fafsa-simplification-2024-2025-known-issues-in-ctclink> continues to be updated as items are resolved.

High optic outstanding items include:


  *   WCG Eligibility View Page
  *   CBS & Work Study Packaging
  *   WASFAs Unable to Be Loaded
  *   FLF Process w/ Enrollment Intensity
  *   Exx162 Checklists Assigning to Students Who Should Not be In Consideration for Unusual Circumstances

Work arounds for the abovementioned items exist but are manual currently.

Please continue to check the Known Issues doc, it is updated as soon as FA Support has determined the issue affects all colleges.

Continued Support 6/20 and beyond:

We are going to be in the support web ex in the morning of Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 9AM.  It is a new web ex link.

Additionally, based on feedback from the FA community in today’s (6/18) web ex, most of you are on Summer Schedule with a closed office on 6/21, but if the day is needed for support web ex for those not on summer schedule, we will check in on that with you Thursday afternoon.
