[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] All clear for 24/25 jobsets

Good morning -
We’ve confidence tested that our queries moved to production without issues; IF you are ready to turn your 24/25 jobs on, this is the written all clear.
We’re discussing this in the Go Live webex today if you have further questions -

BEFORE you kick off jobsets - clients will need to do the following:

  *   Please be sure you have your FTI security squared away - ZD_DS_QRY_FA_FTI_HIGH_SENS
     *   We’ve sent emails regarding this required role and have worked with a few colleges who needed that role updated. (Y’all know who you are 😊 )
  *   Update work on your AYRO pages that we discussed including the last two pages
  *   Get checklist and event ID’s ready
  *   Update packaging plans from Debbie’s email
  *   You can update all your run controls for queries and checklists
     *   I sent an email with documentation attached for all these items on Monday.

We’ve covered all of these topics in the Go Live webex - but for the good of the group - THIS for setting 24/25 jobsets 😊


  *   When running jobsets for multiple aid years the sequencing will be key to successful outcomes.
  *   The upcoming aid year jobset has to be run BEFORE current aid year. This is to avoid inaccurate data populating on the FA Term page for students in the current aid year.
  *   If current aid year is built prior to upcoming, current aid year FA Term will go to N instead of projected.

Example:
TODAY - Clark for the current aid year is set to run on recurrence M-F @ 23:00 (at 11:00PM)

24/25 aid year should run M-F @17:00 (at 5PM)
23/24 aid year should run M-F @ 23:00 (at 11PM)
