[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Question Re: NEW R2T4 Query!

Hello!
I am working with our SME who runs the R2T4 process, and they would like to be able to limit the results/outputs of this query to only those accounts who have not been awarded at all. I understand that the updated query was made precisely to include accounts with awarded aid. However, the change is slowing down the SMEs review process and I'm wondering what this community would recommend in response. Is there a field they can filter to after running or an alternative query that they can use? Or perhaps there is an optional prompt that could be added to allow them to run it limited to that group? Maybe we are missing something about how results are intended to be used or reviewed?
Would love to know how other colleges handle this desire and/or what the best path forward/recommendations are for supporting this SME.
Thank you!
Kelsey Denton

Good morning FA -
We have a new global Post-Withdrawal Disbursement query: QCS_FA_POST_WITHDRAWN!
The new query is similar to CTC_FA_POST_WITHDRAWN but with improvement in criteria and additional fields.
Criteria change: QCS_FA_POST_WITHDRAWN compared to CTC_FA_POST_WITHDRAWN is not eliminating students who 'had' aid for the prompted term. For colleges like SFCC, that award full year of aid up front, eliminating that population of students may result in missing students eligible for Post-Withdrawal disbursements.
New fields:
- FINA Requirement checklists still in Initiated status? 'Y' or 'N'
- Last Dt of Att - Stdnt Records from STDNT_CAR_TERM
- Withdraw Code, Withdraw Reason, Withdrawal Date
- FA Load, FA Taken Units, Enrollment Intensity & Enrollment Intensity Calculate
- Term
We also removed the middle name field from the query so we could reduce the amount of data returned & because it wasn’t a necessary field.
CTC_FA_POST_WITHDRAWN query has been archived.
Please note: In order to ensure we did not miss any students in the available R2T4 queries & to accommodate business processes for 33 colleges, there may be some students that meet the criteria for multiple R2T4 queries.
Thank you,
