The session will cover the two different options of Alternative Loan processing in ctcLink.  Option 1- using a non-disbursable Item Type and SF receipting the funds in the SF pages.  Option 2- using a disbursable Item Type in FA, and coordinating with SF on how to receive the funds on the SF side.  We are revamping a QRG for this process.  More than a few colleges are needing help in these areas, so that’s why we are doing a work session on it.  Attendance is not mandatory, especially if your chosen option is working for you already.  The session will be recorded, so you can view it at any time after we hold the session.

Could I please get more information about this session? Perhaps the section of the reference center it will cover? We don't process alternative loans through ctcLink, other than to award it as a non-disburable item type for cost of attendance purposes, so I'm wondering if this session is applicable to us.
