[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Fin Aid Training: FLF Process & Authorization Refresher

This calendar invite is for a Financial Aid Training on a FLF Process and Authorization Refresher held on Tuesday June 6th, 2023, from 9AM - 11:00AM.  This Fin Aid Training Session is a review of the steps involved in the FLF process: Populating Packaging Variables, Assign FLF Service Indicator, Run Service Indicator List query, Update Packaging Variables as well as the Authorization process and running the Auth Fail Report.

Objectives:


  *   Understand all the steps in the FLF Process
     *   Populate Packaging Variables
     *   Mass Assign FLF Service Indicator
     *   Service Indicator List
     *   Work Awards
     *   Update Packaging Variables
  *   Run Batch Authorization
  *   Run and Work Authorization Failure Report
  *   Run Batch Authorization Again
Audience:  Staff responsible for putting holds on student accounts due to low enrollment, and staff responsible for running and working Authorization and Disbursement processes
This session will be recorded.  The presentation slide deck will be attached to this invite prior to the session delivery.
