Hello!

The Packaging Plans (Packaging Rules 1 tab) should not need to be updated. The Limited By Boxes will be Minimum 1.00 and Maximum 9,999,999.00. See the screenshot below.

But if a college has made changes to these fields you may want to review it.

This is due to the fact that Pell does not look to an equation engine to determine awarding amounts. The system looks at different areas such as Pell Table, Pell Aggregates, FA Load, etc. to determine the award amount per quarter for the student.

The 2023-2024 Pell Schedule has been loaded into PeopleSoft, 2023-2024 Federal Pell Grant Payment and Disbursement Schedules (GEN-23-02)<https://fsapartners.ed.gov/knowledge-center/library/dear-colleague-letters/2023-01-26/2023-2024-federal-pell-grant-payment-and-disbursement-schedules>.

For those who have completed Aid Year Rollover, please make sure to go back though your 2023-2024 Aid Year Rollover Business Process Guide<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/1193577-2021-2022-aid-year-rollover-business-process-guide> and update the areas that need to be updated with the Maximum Pell award and EFC maximum.
-Aggregate Aid Limit
-Pell Payment Setup
-Financial Aid Item Types (FA Item Type tab 4), some colleges have chosen to use 99,999.00 in the Maximum box, in that case no update would be needed here.
