Good morning,

The PELLOUT and DLOUT processes have been cleared and you are now able to resume Pell and Loan Outbound processing.

We wanted to remind you to be extra careful with your file path names for PELLOUT and DLOUT. The file path is case sensitive so typos such as PELL2023 vs Pell2023 can cause the process to fail and block Pell and Loan processing for all colleges.
