This calendar invite is for your Just-in-Time Training on a FLF and Disbursement Refresher held on Tuesday September 13th, 2022, from 9AM - 11AM.  This Just-in-Time Training Session on a the FLF Process and Disbursement Refresher is geared toward newly deployed colleges who are continuing to prepare disbursement for the Fall Term, though all colleges are invited to attend.  This session includes the steps to run Disbursement on aid that is ready to be disbursed to Customer Accounts.

Objectives:

  *   FLF Process:
     *   Assigning Packaging Variables
     *   Mass Assign FLF Service Indicator
     *   Adjust Aid
     *   Remove FLF Service Indicator
     *   Service Indicator List (Query)
     *   Update Packaging Variables
  *   Re-run Authorization in Batch
  *   Disbursement in Batch
  *   Manually Override Disbursement
Audience:
Fin Aid Staff responsible for authorizing and disbursing Financial Aid
